Hi,
Just by saying "I need help", you won't get any useful replies. You must state EXACTLY what you need help with for a great chance of a response. Admin is extremely busy and doesn't have time to sit down with you and answer your questions in an instant-messaging style. Instead, imagine your posts as a letter that you are going to send through the post - you won't get a reply straight away.
