I just bought a topaz splitter because it says "one handed, main hand" for 75k in ow shop.
Im quite mad about this because u also purchased a golden blade of ice , so i need a one handed weapon.
I would really like a refund ofmy gold because it is a typo that did this not me. I have picture

It should be under the Quests button, if you have registered your account.

They will either refund or not refund you. If they refund, you'll get a mail from Support with attached gold. If not, you'll get a reason why you didn't.

Takes a while for them to respond, though, due to the mass tickets they've received over Halloween.

Usually takes around 1-3 days for respond, if no respond, send another.

Don't send another, it just adds to the pile of messages they receive, slowing the process.

Theres no reason for them to not refund, the only reason i bought the axe is because it said one handed,
Its not my fault that someone made a typo on all the weapons in cullens shop, every single weapon in it says one handed. Im gunna be quite salty if they dont fix this :/
