Can I ask? Did you used to be in defiant before the merge?
If so you will know all about ksing!
If you joined after the merge, you might like to know that bosses are important, so they are fought after quite fiercely.
All you need in a group to win the fights is: one decent tank, 1/2 Druids and 4/5 dps fighters, then you have no worries about ksing.
Also this is a game of war, so to speak, so fights are not on a first come first serve basis, if you cannot adequately fight and win quick enough, then try fighting other things and train up to them.
As razor said, give it a few weeks and you will be ksing the new clans all the time, I am pretty sure you will not hesitate if you can.
