I understand that anyone selling Plat items can charge whatever they want to. But, the above list is definitely not a 'price guide for the Fingal community'. This appears to be a list of Plat items that this individual is selling. Not a list of normal or standard prices you would most often actually pay for these Plat items in-game. While at least one item on this list is priced accurately to what you would actually pay in-game, some other items on this list are priced as much as double than what you would actually pay in-game.
