I'm hosting a new lottery. The aim is to draw a lottery every few days with an increasing jackpot either from increasing the ticket cost, more entries or rolling over from the previous draw. Going to start with small amounts so people will trust me that I will legit pay out the winnings and hopefully buildup to a jackpot of 100k or more.

To start with rules are pretty simple but I may change them as needed if this goes on longer:

Buying tickets:

To buy tickets, either trade me in game and tell me your ticket numbers or send me a mail with the correct money if I'm not online

1) 1 ticket = 100g
2) You can buy up to 10 tickets per player
3) For each ticket you buy you need to shout or whisper me a number between 1-100
4) I record all the players and their numbers
5) When enough tickets are bought I will close the entries and publish everyones numbers on here
6) I will announce the lottery draw in the game and have at least 4 people witness the draw at the castle
7) The prize money will depend on the amount of tickets sold
8) The jackpot will be at least 60% of ticket sales
9) 2nd prize will be 20% of ticket sales
10) 2 x 3rd prize of 5% of ticket sales

The draw:

I will roll the dice to choose the winning jackpot number
I will then roll again to choose 2nd prize, then twice more for third prizes

If the number from the roll matches a number chosen by just 1 ticket, they will win the full prize
If the number from the roll matches a number chosen by more than 1 ticket, those people will share the prize
If the number from the roll does not match anyones ticket number, that prize money will role over to make the next draws prize money even bigger

The prize money will be given to the winners when they are next online and a new lottery will start.
