Ok black waltch. I know that there have been some unhappiness about groops, not getting in a groop, ect. I was thinking that everone could make there case on this forum about how we should go about making groops.
1st, it just a game so chill. 2nd, dont just say "I should get in more groops". Have reasons why you think something is fair/unfair.
Shagg can look it all over and makeup a good plan that will work for us all just like he always does.
Have fun guys and remember we will all have full wardens in the end! If we all work together it will come much faster.
Re: Groops for boss killin!
#2Great idea, would love to hear feedback from ppl... And yes most importantly, it is just a game - and a game that goes on and on, so if you miss your chance at a boss now - there is always next time. It is also important to realize that there is more to the game then simply killing bosses... if you find a good spot to level, it usually isn't to difficult to get up to level 70 with some solid grinding. There are also lots of people around epona looking for help, gold to be made, leystones to collect in crookback, and so on.
Anyway, I agree that a clan system for assigning groups would be beneficial (but it is also difficult to manage, so bear with us while we try to figure something out...) My opinion is that anyone who needs a particular boss for a quest should get priority over someone who already has that boss completed. However there usually has to be at least one or two high level players in group to keep aggro and In the event that there are more than 6 people though I am not sure what the best solution is...

Re: Groops for boss killin!
#3The answer is to just let the groups decide. There can never be a rule to tell people what to do. Lately there has been controversy/whining over groups for a bunch of different reason ranging from low levels wanting to get in, to certain people not wanting other high levels in just because they dont like them, then a person leaving and making a different clan. In life you will inevitably not like people and have disagreements. Remember that its just a game so have fun, and respect the people both in and out of your group. Be nice and save your anger for real issues, like Kim Kardashian and Glee.

I want to lock Kim in a padded cell till her beauty parlour treatments are overdue then make her go on TV in harsh lighting.
What is that family famous for? Bad behaviour and a sex tape. Yuck.
As to groups. Rules are too hard to enforce but while the bad game design of CH allows tradable drops everyone should try to be generous when grouping quest bosses.
Tho sometimes it's hard. I recently grouped with low levels on stone fang and another couple of boss. The low levels contributed almost nothing ( 1 guy was 1 or 2 points dmg per hit) and EACH TIME the lower levels got the drop !! These were not quest bosses so maybe I shouldn't have grouped.
Calm....deep breathes....it's just a game.
