I dont understand how she continually gets into groups. Her not healing is nothing new it has always been that way, yet she still ends up in groups.

Little lazy and selfish? No more than two people in a group because then one works harder than the other and then the other people, Who want drops don't rightfully get theirs because the % for them is unfairly taken out. Imagine if all her alts got drops and all the others didn't. Greedy and selfish is all I can tell you. To answer loom's question, she is a druid and people want druids in and when she's the only druid online you get desperate, but oh wait, she doesn't heal now does she? Desperation my friends.
