Okay, so I heard some players talking about something called Death Penalty and asked them what it was ... They werent exactly able to explain it properly so can anyone tell me what it is exactly?

It means death, destruction, laying waste and the lamentation of your women.

Okay even though the update is here ... I don't know what is this ' death penalty ' concept .. So if someone would please explain this

Isn't there a delay now? Or well before?

I think it means that if you die and go to a Leystone your health is not 100% or your energy either.

Same for Idols. The more you use the less they restore in energy and health each time. Not sure if there is a timer per fight and it might be a reduction of 20 % each time.

That's what I heard and the interwebs don't lie dang-nabbit.
