also i wanted to ask how you get the meteoric weapons, is it something to do with completing the evil in stonevale quest

Not exactly greek. Once you get the warden weapon (requires crown and dragon discs if i recall, dropped by spirehoof and falgren - evil in stonevale bosses) you can proceed to the northern peninsula in Lirs and get the quest for the meteoric weapon... that quest requires a lot of rare items found all over the world...
