#4Either way this situration is completely out of hand. Immediate action should be done, he makes our younger members seem too immature to play this game. "gay People got to hell" wtf is this! That is very offensive being I have a cousin who's homosexual and has gotten ridiculed exc. for it. I was also called gay by this person "mchammer" his very unaware of what actions are taken to preserve the safety of discrimination in Celtic heroes. Sometimes people are born to be made a lesson of, I believe this is his reason. Also crast, his brother had sone words to say to me, very had racist things, I shall be posting shortly

#5There are two simple things you can do (and should do) in a situation like this:
1. Block 'em - Don't get into a war of words with someone like this, they are either looking to start a flame wars with you in the chat, or they are too block headed to listen to reason anyway. DON'T stoop to their level and engage in verbal diarrhea with them, that is precisely what they want you to do... BLOCK PLAYER IS YOUR FRIEND!
2. Report em - If someone is posting something that is offensive, you should REPORT THEM BY SENDING A PRIVATE MESSAGE TO SUPPORT. You don't really have to send screenshots as they can view everything that has been said in chat, but if you give the date, approximate time, and char names involved, that should be enough. I wouldn't even bother posting about it in the forums, just go straight to the source - the game developers/administrators. (not that I am giving you a hard time about posting this, I just think you will have better results if you PM OneThumb rather than going this route...)
