Not from epona but allow me add my input. The only thing that matters is you have rules and stick to them.
In this case, lets say you let the rogue that got a drop keep it and the other rogue got the other drop. If in a seperate but similar scenario, it was handled differently and the tank re rolled both drops, the person who was at the previous kill may feel cheated If he had to hand in his drop just because someone wanted another chance to roll for the better drop. This opens up the chance for players with 'higher status' to suit each scenario for their own needs. Hope that made sense.
Rules for edl drops are:
- drop go by class, you can call class at boss if your alt is the right lvl
- class roll only
- if everyone of the same class is in the group and they get the drop for that class they get to keep
- everyone attended gets to roll for the drop of their class if dropped on the wrong class, or on right class but not wveryone in lock group.
- if no one there for that class everyone rolls
So both rogues get to roll for the ench and the first rogue gets to keep the sumoning.
