Buying my brother's weapons

My brother Askold has recently acquired some rather large green weapons. He decided to come visit me for the holidays, but is being attacked and defeated, and when he wakes up, one of his weapons have been stolen! His weapons are seemingly powerful, and I would wish to purchase any.
My brother recently became a king, too. That's alot more successful than me!
Oh, well, he was always the stronger brother. And alot larger. Probably had bigger standards anyway. Well it seems two more people here on Epona also had two Jotun siblings. It seems that they too had rather large colored weapons that are seemingly powerful. They are having the same problem as my bro. I would also like to buy any of my bro's friend's weapons (his friends are Ymir and Grimling).
And whoever is mugging my brother and his friends- Stop!
