OK so im gonna do a dex build for that i need.... sharp shot grand ring and another light heal maybe fable if possible
those are what im buying

then my other question is to OUR worlds rangers, should i max conceal, camo, defensive spikes?

Go conceal for sure - but IMO a str / dps build is better.

dex 10 (120)
foc 10
vit 260

My damage is 680 and with bolas, heroic gloves and quick shot I can take down stuff 5 levels higher without getting hit

Of course I don't use sharp shot and my light heal sucks

yes thats why i was saying dex, with dex you can heal yourself a lot better also most of the time in bosses your asked to help heal
