Celtic Heroes

I'd like to know if this is being allowed. A low lvl asked for joining a boss kill in the middle of a fight and he just take away the drop without saying anything.
I know ppl may think its my problem as i shouldn't allow them to join in but well...
if this is the case, i'll never let strangers joining my fight then...
