I think its a combo of people
prolly the only thing this server can do together. All topics locked means to me is we have more babies whining about topics and feeding it rather than just ignoring it.

Now that is going too far.
They should lock Epona forums. There really isn't any topics besides complaints and hate on them anyways. Or ban the idiots and the IP addresses. Unless they all go on library catalog computers.
