I sold it Chelsea
170k (value of sword traded if sold for gold + 100k (gold you gave)
270k (total)
350k original price of lvl 100 sword
270k -80k saved instead of buying from store
So basically that trade was fair unlike the other offer with Korn. -_-
With golden offhand 250k (store price?) and then 170k of value ish resold for gold would be 80k.
So it all comes out equal.
