200 Boss: Why are rangers bolas over 200?

Shouldn't the max lvl be 39 (lvl200)?
Aren't more points into this skill a waste and cancel other rangers bolas out?
...since there is nothing to kill over 200 atm

Agreed, bolas should be at level 39 since the highest level in PvE is 200. Only reason why they would be higher then 39 is for PvP reasons, and Eponas higher lvl characters dont seem to like PvP

Try tanking with 10 druids max calming you and having 5 enemy tanks spamming taunt and warcry in an attempt to reset. Simply can't tank without max taunt and warcry whilist druids all skilled with roots and calm

Well that sounds like a personal problem lol. Hasn't gotten to that point in epona yet (that I know of, as I've been gone recently). :|
