Lol they always reply to me. You just have to be patient and quit complaining to OTM. You guys are just bugging them if you send multiple supports. Everyday lots of people send support messages, so just be patient. If you keep and sending in support messages.. there will be more messages for them to read.

Very hard to understand and if 20$ got u 400k in lux items that is a little weird
