Warriors need Benedictions of Crom
Druids need ??? of Crom
Rogues need ??? of Crom (rites ? I don't remember)
Rangers need ??? of Crom
Mages need ??? of Crom

Looks like I have a bad memory, but just remember that they are specific to a particular class
