Uhmm.... This is VERY UNOFFICIAL, you spoke with almost nobody about this I'm sure, including the people on the list.
You are most likely very bored I understand, but this information is 100% opinionated.
( Not that I disagree with some, but it kind of annoys me that somebody with lower credibility, feels entitled to writing such a topic. )

^ Nice input Indi, was going to add that, why do we even need this? There's an online ranking for each specific world.

First of all, I asked some lv 60+ players who was their favorite enemies and who they felt like was the best player. Then I checked the online rankings.
