Depends on your class, and what other gear you have. But I'd say always pick trident, but it all depends on your gear.

With off-hand tridents you cannot do sneaky attack? I believe that your off-hand does not affect which skills you use.

No, I had always used trident. IMO trident is best lvl50 range offhand.

2 questions
