Hello members of DragonSlayers, and those thinking of joining! (and those of you who just feel like reading about us)

Firstly, I want to thank my friend, Shaden (chieftain of NewBritainnia) for allowing me to use the NewBrits rules as a groundbase for the DragonSlayers rules. Thanks Shaden!!!

This is a newly made clan, so I thought it best if we have a few clan rules to go by. We are very pleased to have new members, but you will have to be at a certain requirement to join. Please read below and be sure you are willing to follow. Remaining in the clan means you agree to these rules.

DragonDestroy is the leader of DragonSlayers, and his decision is law. His brother, FlamesOfDeath, is is 2nd in command. Violating our rules or complaints from other clan members are grounds for being kicked and banned permanently.
To keep things in order, we will have class leaders (guardians), to help make decisions. There will be one class leader for every class. You are to obey him (unless it is something really stupid).
Guardianship is a privilege, not a right. Please do not expect to be chosen to be a class leader. I will be choosing those that I think qualify the best to become a leader.

2nd command- FlameOfDeath
Mage Leader-Krip
Warrior leader- Paladium
Ranger leader- TBA
Rogue leader- Ravier
Druid leader- TBA

New Members
As of May, we are only recruiting members at lvl 25 and above. (Alternate Characters must wait till they are within lvl requirement). Druids can be lvl 20 and above, and must heal up to 50. Anyone recruiting new members, needs to direct them to this thread before inviting them into the clan. The members of DragonSlayers will decide as a body if they want a recruiter in the clan, or not in the clan.

We expect everyone carrying our name to be respectful to members of DragonSlayers, and also to other players.
Kill Stealing (stealing another person's target) is not accepted on individuals that have not committed a crime against the clan. Of course, accidents happen - but please avoid fights that others are already in - unless invited.

Please, do not beg! Please never ask another player to give you something or gold for free. They have worked hard for what they have. Do not ask for drops for fights you are not in. Do not beg to join a group, or tell other players to leave to make room for you. Feel free to heal and cast bonus skills on them - it makes you more likely to be invited in the future.

No one can level you but you... Asking a lvl 50 player to help a lvl 25 to lvl is not fair to the higher player, since they want to lvl their own character, and spending hours with things you can kill is wasting their time. Also, a lvl 50 player gets much less experience than the lower lvl, so it does not really help you very much since you will also get less xp when grouped with them. Feel free to ask players within 5 - 10 lvls of you to team up, as it can benefit you both.

Boss fights
Everyone wants to be a part of a team that takes down bosses, and we all have the quests that require beating them.
The bad news is that a group of lvl 10 players is not going to take down a 5 star 90 boss. Sometimes a group with only 5 high lvl players cannot take the boss. In order to avoid bad feelings, we have come up with some requirements for these fights.
NOTE: These do not need to be strictly followed.
Catacomb bosses - lvl 20 and up
Shalemont bosses - lvl 30 and up
Stonevale bosses - lvl 70 and up
Holiday bosses - depend on their difficulty
New area - To be announced
Since this is a new clan, we most likely won't be doing Stonevale bosses yet.
Many fights require Druids or Tanks (the one attacking and being attacked). If these players aren't available at the lvls, it is okay to try adding lower lvls.
If our clan is gathered around a boss, we need to be careful about starting multiple groups. Please ONLY join or start groups if your level meets clan requirements for that boss. Be aware that any new groups (OR a strong character alone) can steal the kill from the original group, so lets try to avoid this whenever possible. (following sentance is for Stonevale boss fights) All DragonSlayers will be expected to hand over quest drops to the Chieftain or Guardians when invlolved in a fight together. Please be aware of that before joining, you will earn these back in time.

The highest ranking player of the starting group is the group leader, unless the chieftain or guardian is involved - when joining another's group, respect that. If another clan invites you in, it is their highest ranking member. They decide who is in and who is not. That being said, if a clan-mate at the right lvl asks to be invited into a Dragon's only fight, it is good manners to say yes. Especially if it helps them complete quests that will give exp, and make them more useful to the group. This is a group effort, after all - it is why you joined a clan.

Please invite clan members before inviting additional people into your groups.

Drops
Any player getting a drop has earned it. There will be no bullying, begging, whining or complaining to get it for yourself.
If you do not need the drop, please ask within the fighting group, and then the clan before attempting to sell or give to other players.

Discs and other quest drops are very valuable to you and the clan. In DragonSlayers, all of these items are given to DragonDestroy (chieftain), a guardian, or the highest ranking member in the fight, which will then be sent to the chieftain. These are to be passed out to clan members, based on need** and seniority**. If you are fighting with allies, you may trade within the group that earned the drop. Beyond that, they are not to be sold or traded outside the clan until no members need them.

**seniority is the amount of time in you have been part of the DragonSlayer's clan
**need is based on how much you help win these items in fights AND how much the new armour or weapon will increase that ability.
Please note that if you do not participate in boss fights, or do not log in often, it affects where you stand on receiving upgrades.

Diamonds (Fairy, Demon Stone, Soul Orbs, Boar tusk, Crystal horn), Gold Ingots, and anything that is "of Crom" are Important for upgrading the warden weapon. Please do not sell any of these outside the clan either (these are Stonvale quest items).
We understand you want to make money, but the more of us you have to fight with, the more likely you will win those fights.

Alternate characters
We all want the best for our alts, but please think of clan-mates who are kind and/or useful when deciding to keep or ask for items. People who have been helpful and playing a long time, are more likely to stay if they get something before your level 4 alt that you don't use very often.
NOTE: Your alt probably won't get upgrades until other members have gotten upgrades on their primary character.
This does not mean pick one character and use it. If you have 5 chars at high, useful levels, by all means outfit it well. Just please do not be greedy.

If you have ANY problems with members of our clan, go to the Chieftain or guardians before starting any fights. Fights make you and your clan look bad.
