Support messaged me ingame to send an appeal to have my accounts unblocked, I was the one who asked them to block them! What should I do? Can I get my accounts back after being tricked into thinking Kagura was an ingame tester for onethumb and giving him my info so he could "test my characters stats at a lower lvl then his own"? I just want my accounts returned, starting over doesn't sound appealing as Tonni was lvl 95 with millions of gold worth of gear and items and Rheannia was a lvl 63 Druid with at least a million in gold and items who was my wife's char I was making so she could play with me. I just would like you to tell me if I can even get my accounts back after all this or if I should move on to another game? Please let me know what I should do, thank you in advance.

I just wanted to thank all the ppl ingame who have been trying to help me with this issue there are too many to list. But a big thanks to NuMob who's members have been very supportive and helpful in this matter. I'd also like to thank Swinefloo of a Pagan for taking the time to speak with me in pms on forums about the matter, I'd like to apologize to Pagan for lumping them all onto the scumbag category..only maybe 5 members said I "deserved" to have my accounts stolen for buying some plat, so I'm sorry to the rest of the clan for what I said in shouts and on forums. The Herne community has really been helpful in this issue and thank you all for all the items and gold you have given my Mage, Detor. You know who you are so I won't write the list of 50+ ppl who have tried to help me out with this, I may actually keep playing even if I don't get my accounts back thanks to you all.

If you remember any names, please PM either SF or myself. We need to remind them that they speak for the clan when they say dumb things to people. Considering we have had clan members whose accounts have been hijacked, I would hope they would be more sympathetic.

We do not tolerate scammers - although, we generally give ppl the benefit of the doubt on individual claims of shenanigans, and allow them time to redeem themselves. Once proven guilty, scammers are not allowed in our clan.

I truly hope your problems are resolved, and I apologise for any things my clanmates may have said to make you feel worse.

If we request it, can you, or will ingame support send us (clan chief or a general) a confirmation of scamming?
It would help the clan decide on a course of action for the chars involved, along with any known alts.

Hi from what I understand there has been account sharing and the logs clearly show the passwords for these characters being shared out to other players.

Support should be able to get your account back to you, but any items that were taken will not be returned.

This is why we clearly state in as many places as possible not to give out your passwords to other players. If you just keep your password to yourself your account will be perfectly safe.

As long as my accounts can be returned I will be happy, items I can replace. I sent the following email to appeals and support emails, if that satisfactory?

I am appealing the loss and blocking of my 2 accounts (removed) and (removed). They were stolen from me by Kagura on Herne, which is the server the accounts characters are located on. (removed) has 5 slots open and main charecter is Tonni 95 ranger. (removed) has 2 slots open and main charecter is Rheannia 63 Druid. I was misled into thinking Kagura was an employee ingame tester of onethumb and he asked for my info to test stats at lower lvls then his lvl 123 ranger. Please realise these accounts were stolen from me and blocked at my request, if returned they would need new usernames and passwords sent to my email (removed) or you may call me at (removed). If these accounts are unblocked only they would still be in the possession of the person who stole them so I cannot stress enough they will need new passwords and if possible usernames for my security. Please consider returning my accounts to me carefully as I have already spent over $(alot:)usd on your game specifically on the stolen accounts, if you value keeping me as a customer please help me with this issue. I'm sure all my items will be gone if accounts are returned to me, if possible a backup from before the theft which occurred approx 10pm est on August 29th (that is last time I had control of the accounts) would ensure my items are still intact.Thank you for your time.

Is there a way to show if Kagura was involved in receiving items from Tonnis character?

This is an update for those who have been asking me about the loss of items on my accounts. Since support did not lock Tonnis account at same time as Rheannias it appears Kagura was able to get all or most of her items off her. My friend iMaximun saw Tonni last night naked before the account got locked so chances are all of her items and gear are gone, I'm only posting this for the Pagan leadership who have been in contact with me about this whole issue, I had hoped the accounts got locked in time to prevent the loss of my items but it seems luck was not on my side, when and if I get my accounts returned I will have more details on what was lost. Tonni had 275/360 storage and had many items on her like discs,remnants and tablets(easily 50+) hopefully Kagura did not have time to transfer all those items also but chances are both accounts will be empty. Thanks again for all the support from Pagan leadership and my friends on server in this matter. Hopefully support can get my accounts returned to me soon so I can have a better idea of the damage that was done :|

Edit - Admin, is there anyway to show what character/or characters the items on the two accounts involved were transferred to after I lost control of the accounts? The last time I had control was approx 10pm est on August 29th. Even if these items cannot be returned I think the community would like to know who they went to and make sure that account/or accounts is/are banned for being involved, thank you

Yes, if the items were traded, to the person who requested the pwd info, or an alt, and then sold, it would seem to confirm the claims.

I am hearing many stories, suddenly, about similar circumstances with the same character. I have asked them to post, or message support so it can be investigated. At the very least, ppl on the server should be warned to watch out for certain ppl, particularly if they aren't being banned from the game. (so post if you have been scammed!)

The only way anyone can access your account is if you share your password with them or choose an obvious password that is easy to guess.

Just make a non obvious password, keep your password to yourself, don't tell anyone or type it into any websites.

Follow this simple rule and you can never be hacked, your account will be 100% safe.
