Support rarely responds because its either an issue they can just fix or an issue they an do nothing about. If they responded to every single ticket support would take even longer. I do however believe some type of response should be given for some situations like if u send a ticket about the world crashing they should respond they are looking into it and not leave u wondering for ages if they are even doing anything.

Every support ticket I've sent in prior to this...I think like 4....ivd gotten a response within like a week. Including alts.

I do feel sympathy for you, but it says in the terms and conditions that all trades are final. Support, im sure, dosn't have time to look into every scammed persons items and their trade records

For all we know, the player who scammed you could've sold the items. How are they supposed to be recovered then, just rip it from innocent people's hands?

For example, dlineman, was scammed a long while ago while letting his friend, pvpmaster, borrow his iceblade and other lux. Pvp master then proceeded to sell his iceblade to whhite for 165k. Whhite had no idea that his friend has just been scammed of the iceblade that he bought. It wouldn't be fair to just make whhite give it back.

What im gettin at is, its impossible to give luxury items away and expect then back. I hope this is a lesson for the future

A lesson about what....not trusting anyone? I'm sorry but its not a matter of ripping items from innocent hands. *Name Removed* never sold or gave my items to anyone. In fact, the day she scammed me she told her clan and a bunch of people that I scammed her of lux items and that she got it back. First off, you know me. I've never scammed nor would I ever dream of it. And I know dline was scammed by *Name Removed*. I hardly doubt dlineman spent $120 that day only to intend to transfer to an alt and have everything stolen. I'm sorry but I'm not going to stop. If support cannot refund the items, then I'd like the exact gold for the items I listed excluding the midsummer bracelets. Every other game would do this. Runescape has done it. A bunch of MMOs I played have done it. Why can't Celtic Heroes do it? If they think I'm lying or just trying to get a fees set of lux, I want them to check the chat and trade logs for February 4-6. I remember the exact date becUse that was the first week in February that I got laid off and my paycheck. February 5th I bought everything. February 6th I got scammed and I've been trying this entire time to get those things back.

Seriously though Kokurou, i know dlineman. Hes spent over $200 on this game, dont say players that get scammed are usually the ones who dont spend real life currency on the items

Just go chill out, and put some gold-farming time in. Thats how i got to be a decently-equipped rogue. Takes time. If u don't like the way OTM is handling it, just note it once, POLITELY. People dont like to listen to people who repetitively ask for help and dont calm down till they get it.

Im just illustrating the point to you that OTM has no obligation to refund you. I wish they would have one, but that would make dual boxing fake scamming easy to do

So you think I was dual logging. I'm fighting this hard because the last of my money went into a game that I can't use. Nobody else fights this hard. So I might as well. The last of my money went into a game and it's right now obsolete. Fairly certain there's reason enough to at least refund me the gold just for the three heroic items. I'm not asking for the gold I used to buy a quartz offhand, or asking for the gold I used to purchase a diamond dagger. I'm simply asking for what I purchased THEN. The items I DIDN'T sell to a player or back to a merchant. I just want what I paid for so I can USE it and not wonder if I'm ever going to get another job anytime soon!!

Im not posting on this topic anymore... Really gettin tired of explaining over an over again. I feel sympathy for Admins and support now, i know how it feels to explain multiple times :3
