Scammed twice.

I'm now considering quitting the game after twice being scammed of items I've purchased through my own money. I would like to ask if dualblades a level 62 rogue can be blocked as he stole 725k worth of items off me or if you can retrieve my items

Once I get to level 80, get full Green Shadow Armor, and get myself an icon, I'd be interested in having an artisic rendering of my character for my sig. :D
