Any Highs ks everytime

Hi all, Frasier, alias KSKing ks me on Kiara in katacombs. I make it alone, no Problem . But KSKing ask for Group, he says : i need for quest (lol, he is lvl 120).
Thats not correctly playing. The Player Up the same.

High level players don't have a code to live by nor do they have to follow any ks rules. This is a MMORPG not pink pony playhouse. Anyway, I'm assuming that what your telling is true xD
