I know other worlds sell... anyone on Herne sell?

I seriously doubt you'll be able to buy one, but there's always the chance that you can get one discretely under the table. Good luck

I know it's a crapshoot... but thought I'd try. Dunno why Herne doesn't sell em when other worlds do. Not like the clans who have them even use them

Yeah I'm not quite sure either, seems to me like every world should at least sell books and tridents but maybe I'm looking at it wrong, idk
