Rangers take too much work and effort IMO. We are constantly being asked to bolas and heal over and over again. Also if rangers want to go true DPS w/knucks, half of the time we are frowned upon. Also rangers are the best solo class? I can maybe argue that, but most rangers can say if you have a lot of health, very slow kills. If you get more str and dex and kill faster, once bolas fails I'm screwed because I can't toe-toe with fire golems.

I agree ranger is the best class for solo and is certainly the most versatile of the classes although it could be argued Mage has that title now , but ranger is not as easy as people think without playing them . We do not kill xp mobs with anywhere near the speed of rogues even those of us with insane gear . In order to solo at an efficient speed , ranger requires the same plat dumping that other classes do , it is much faster to level a rogue or Mage with plat than a ranger . Sure the best solo class sans an American express apple .

InPereum is ran by possibly the most egocentric person on Morrigan and once again is application only, but is ran somewhat like a Nazi regime.

Druid is the future IMO, or at least they will just start to become more and more valuable, seeing the breakthrough in DPS and especially with some of the stuff I have seen in beta (nice exciting stuff, worth the wait).

Mage not that great either without sigils or pots. A sigil less Mage is usually relegated to a lure monkey role.

Rangers are the most efficient class at soloing. period. Reason that most quit is because they dont have:

1) enough health. 1k health is not enough for a solo lvling ranger no matter what people think.
2) enough dex- too little defence (sometimes too little attack too). lack of defence means you are screwed when your opponent go auto you- enough said.
3) enough skill evasion ability- many rangers have a MAJOR skill evasion defficiency due to lixing when they dont need to just so that they can get that extra level each day- this can also be caused by using bolas although bolas arent as harming to this as lixing is. Basically if one xp lixs ya gotta wisdom lix for abilities too.
4) good heals which means more deaths or major compensation through using skill rings for light heal when said rings could be dps- mainly caused by a lack of dex.

On top of all this many find it so hard to level ( I had a heck of a time goint from 106-108 ), that they just give up. Its a shame to have that kinda thing happen.

Correct 100% but once you bring plat into the equation Mage and rogue xp much faster than ranger .

Well if we ever get to switch worlds maybe i will apply . BTW i am dex ranger and have a lot of experience on game. have been playing since there wasnt a stoneville lol!!

But then again i like taranis love my clan Prides beast if you were here you would love it
