#12BANANA CAKE/BREAD
500 g Butter
3 cups. Brown sugar
8 Eggs
4 cups Banana 12 (riped and starting to get brown spots)
6 cups. S.r. Flour
4 tsp. Bicarb soda
3 cups. Sour cream
4 tbsp. Milk. 80ml
150-180 degrees celcius 1hour
Optional : sprinkle crushed wallnut on top before baking.

I've developed a banana allergy
Not going to kill me or anything but the more I expose myself to bananas the more likely it is that I will become allergic to tomatoes and avocados -- which would be tragic!!
I do sometimes succumb to they temptation of banana bread though..
