What Is Falgren respawn time?

Because i believe that it is far to long. Especially when you have the high lv clans camping the spawn then killing it qith five mintues of it spawning.

it is very random, and there are also alot of placeholders to account for, i have seen fal spawn 5 mins after his placholder, or take half an hour and a second placeholder spawns
