Therefore with the population of morrigan increasing constantly over time wouldnt this therefore make them even more rare as the population ratio to people owning them would decrease????

You know what, I will sell it to Wulf, I just had a bad week and was irritated. I do have a staff and will gladly sell it, but Mortal is correct, price ratio with more population has made me decide it's 150k but not 350k that's pure rip off.
