You can ask for any price, but that doesn't mean that you will sell it for that price. I personally wouldn't buy it at thst price, but I don't see where buying a 1 million gold staff from the shop is economical either. It doesn't help me kill any faster just regen my hp and mp while travelling at a higher rates of speed. If It was a onehanded sword with those stats then I might see it as a viable option.
