I did indeed read the full post before locking that thread and I explained the reasons behind locking it. If you have trouble with players then report them to support and the team will look into the issue when it's possible to do so.
There are a few issues that may take a little more time for the team to look into, such as issues of account sharing for example, but every claim is looked into and acted upon. Although it is the case that the results may not be reported to the person who reported it we can use past dealings with support as means of determining account ownership in the case that players lose access to their accounts ect.
This was not some kind of personal attack. I do not go through the forums 'looking for threads to lock' just to appear active. Posts that are against the forum rules will be locked/removed and if anyone does not understand why the thread was locked/removed then they are free to send me a PM and I shall try and explain the reasoning behind it. I am sorry if this came across as anything else than me attempting to do my job.
As regards to the support team, they try their best to respond to all tickets, emails and appeals in a timely fashion. Player/clan issues crop up from time to time which can affect the volume of tickets that come in and may slow down their reaction times. ALL tickets, emails and appeals are read and dealt with. Depending again on the nature of these reports though some may take more time than others.
Design issues with the game are reported back to the designers. Support team have nothing to do with issues such as druid/mages energy levels.
If you would like me to explain anything else then please feel free to PM me
