There is a lvl 30 minimum for membership in alliance clan.
There is a good reason for this.

It is a difficult policy to support when we have lvl 17 or lower members running around the hollow

Please ask any alliance member to contact a guardian if you wish to rejoin the clan when you get to lvl 30.

Where these are peoples alternate characters:

if you are the committed regular gamers you said you were when you signed up to alliance
then getting to lvl 30 shouldnt be too difficult because you already know what you are doing,
and your new character will likley have access to items and equipment that are out of a new players reach.

Also while your alternate character is at a lower lvls you could try supporting one of the smaller clans on the server,
at least until that character meets the requirements of alliance clan.

From what I heard it was 20+ and it was Recruit for a week then you get booted if you weren't 30... Then again not many guardians have been on lately to enforce this and I tend to not boot people so idk lol.
