What does it do???

Adds a skill. Shroud of spirits or something. I have the gloves now and the shroud adds like an ice cloak. It digs any attacking opponents. And the skill gets better with every peice u gain. Overall im pretty psyched about this patch. Got some quality stuff.

Because you only have +3 skill. The other pieces increases that skill supposedly. Assuming the boots add +4, helm adds +5, etc. then you have a total of +25 on Shroud of Spirits. It might do decent damage.
The only question is would one actually wear the whole set? Some might.

A solo Druid or Mage tanking with eshield might, I can't see myself using any of it on my rogue as earthstone is better as a melee class that never gets hit by the boss

yeah I cant see it competing with meteor or frozen armour. Also, you have to remember that the DPS guys won't want to take off their haste gloves, or damage helm, and many people use speed boots. So that will cut into your total skill level.

I just wear it for how totally awesome it looks . I especially love the hood, it reminds me of the dervish class from GW, which is by far my favourite. If the design team keep pumping out new designs as awesome as this we will have a whole new revolution or something on our hands
