Before the Skullcrusher accts were banned, they were given to Argos who did transfer some of the gear to his toons. I don't know exactly what all he took off the accts before they were banned. So I'd bet it is one of those items.

I sold it to songz but when I sold it to him he didn't have all the cash right then, and I told him to get all the cash but he kept begging and begging so we did a trade I sold him the charm for 500k that he had on him at the time, and he would keep paying me when he could but when he reached 1m he wouldn't pay anymore and made some bs excuse to stop paying.

You could have just blocked songz, no point of selling it anyways. Its priceless

yeah he was begging and begging to sell it and he payed the 1m part so I thought he would keep paying until he made the bs excuse and that's when I stared calling him a scammer and I've haven't seen him around after that. Trust me I regret selling it to him but ava and I weren't exactly friends.
