Help with getting my gear back

I quit playing this game for a year. When I left I gave my account to a family member. They stripped my main toon of all the good items I had. If anyone is willing to donate or help in anyway I would be very grateful. I'm not a plat buyer so gold is hard to come by. I play a ranger and I'm at lvl 106. Thanks to any and all that read this. Just looking to get back into the game.
