#2Support, im sorry to say but support you dont do anything, i asked to reset my metoric quest 3 weeks long, but never got a reaction. Then came update/patch and now its reses to old 1 and i got some stuff of it, but i need to reply same quest over and over again and get nothing and cant accapt anything now for metoric and they dont wanna give me new metoric quest.

#3That meant a lot, seeing another player speak out about the very deep problems some players cause and how Support do not properly address these issues. Worse still it would seem they now go out of their way to lock/remove any discussion of this. My posts have been locked on the grounds of 'slightly' hiding the identity of the players I have had some deep problems with. Apart from one of those players (SogZ), I COMPLETELY changed the player names of the people who have caused me and others in this game a lot of stress either by their dishonesty, bullying or threats.
Now I see Grannus has had his post locked when he hasn't even alluded to the names of those who only play this game to steal and torment other players. This makes an absolute travesty of having a forum at all. I am astonished that one person, as in this Morgana, has the power to ban/lock posts. If support was democratically run, at least three CH Forum operatives would be required to read any post that drew complaints, and the post only withdrawn if at least two of them agreed it transgressed forum regulations. Also how many players have complained about my posts, other than those who presume my posts have been about them? Perhaps The CH forum people might consider introducing some REAL democracy, and have a simple tick box for posts. If a post draws more 'remove' than 'keep' ticks after it has been posted for a couple of days, then fair enough, remove it! But to have a post removed when perhaps the majority of people who read it agree with it, is completely un democratic (even more so when anyone who disagrees with it can reply to it and say so!). Or at least they could if you didn't have this silly 'locked' thing.
I feel for every player in Morrigan (of all ages) who has had the misfortune of being bullied and threatened by this player. I have had some young players come to me in tears about him. Something is very wrong in this game, when it can become like that, and it is something CH Support really need to address.
There should be some means by which players on each server are allowed to openly discuss issues like this, and as this game is far from cheap to play, we should be given some right to vote on problem players (as in if there are continual forum complaints about one particular player, that person is then given a warning by Support and if his/her behaviour does not improve their account will be disbanded).
While there are endless Forum regulations there appear to be NONE when it comes to how players should conduct themselves within the game. It might be a good idea if rules about threats and also begging were devised. I don't simply mean begging in game for items and gold from other players but making it a rule that no players must use the game to try and extract real money from other players (which is what happened to me with Noodle).
As things stand, the many good and decent people who play CH are not being offered nearly enough 'support' by CH. If that wasn't bad enough, to then lock/ban forum posts written coherently, without any abusive language, and simply to expose the great difficulties caused by a few roaming sharks and bullies, is nothing short of disgraceful.
Really Morgana, by stopping freedom of speech on forums you are simply aiding the few monsters in game who bit by bit are making it not into a game but an atmosphere of stress. The people who play the avators have feelings, and to be hounded by a few thugs ruins any pleasure in playing the game. As one relatively new player said to me last week, 'I just wanted to play a game, have some fun with people. I never realised it could be like this!'. So I ask you Morgana, both politely and respectfully, to at least try and understand this. I also ask all of you who know I am speaking the truth to do as Grannus had the courage to do, SPEAK out!
Unless Support recognise the right of all players to freely discuss issues about the behaviour of a few seriously disruptive and dishonest players, then the people who run this site are simply another perfect example of Oscar Wilde's deeply perceptive comment, 'Never tell the truth, people much prefer lies'. I would much prefer to write posts about enjoying the game, but as some truly vile players take a deeper hold, it is getting to the point where the game is becoming anything but enjoyable for myself and I believe quite a few others. That one person in the Support team has the right to gag not only myself from speaking out, but another member (for even daring to criticise them for doing it), shows that as far as CH are concerned this forum exists only for inane pleasantries and comments. Sad isn't it guys. But there you go.....all the parallels of the real world, and no wonder our real world is such a mess.

#4Support also lacks addressing real problems of the game, I've quit until this engine that'll 'fix' everything comes put. Energy problems for example. Probably my favorite line that I use "I'd rather play the game than look at it"

#5I would bet Morgana never really read the post entitled "Simply the best...". It was more of a knee-jerk reaction after Zapper's post "AN INVITATION", which actually did teeter on the edge of a forum violation.
As soon as she saw the pseudo-names, it was insta-click on the lock button. I don't think they care very much at all about freedom of speech, most of them are just trying to show a semblance of trying to keep order in these forums.
A moderator usually would like to show that they are actually doing something, so most of them are really just looking for things to lock every now and then. They don't do a very good job organizing posts in the forums, they wait days until someone reports a post as being off-topic and moves them accordingly, so typically posts like Zapper's are easier to lock and display their "activity".

#7Zap is maybe one of the best mages on morrigan, He use to defend his self ._. I think he have right to defend his self and say bad things about inouestupid420 and ululu, if it wasn't the truth, then why inouestupid and ululu disapeared from game ?

#9They didn't disapprear, they went to belenus. When I talked to them they said that they were the victims, could anyone pm me what they did please?Zap is maybe one of the best mages on morrigan, He use to defend his self ._.
