Was contacted by a player today asking if I am using an alt to tell Avalon I wish they all die of cancer. I wish to make it clear that who ever is saying that to Avalon, it is NOT me. I have never wished death upon anyone in life or game (other than evil dictators who torture and starve their fellow countrymen, or kill them for not following the same political or religious 'laws'). I have no idea who this player is saying that to Avalon and can only imagine it is a very young person. No adult player in their right mind could possibly say such a cruel and terrible thing to anyone in this game, let alone an entire clan!

If this really has happened then I hope someone will have taken screen shots and sent them to Support. Surely someone speaking like that in game should result in an immediate and permanent ban. Quite frankly I am horrified by it and deeply hurt that anyone imagines it was me!

Unless Zapper's alt is a warrior from Triquetra that starts with a D, then no, it wasn't him.

I haven't heard any details of this incident other than what I am reading here, but feel prompted to say something now. The idea of that a clan shares the actions and words of one of it's members has been well defined in past threads, regardless of how each individual player may feel about it. I happen to believe that the clan shares in both the good and bad actions of it's members. I hope that then my action now can also be applied to the clan perception as a whole although I don't expect it to carry the same weight as what happened earlier.

Aileron, I am sorry that your clan received such a statement from one of us. It is unacceptable to go beyond the boundaries of friendly competition in this game, and shameful to even contemplate toying with such real-life consequences and unfortunate experiences such as having/getting cancer. I can assure you this will be an isolated incident, and will not be a repetitive mistake. I like a lot of Avalon members, and have received a lot of kindness from new and old within your clan. I hope that is not lost.

To all reading, this is not how we in Triq conduct ourselves, and is not the foundation that Toastie has created for Triq to be built upon. We work hard, we work together, and if things get tough..we get tougher. We should not react badly when things do not go our way, or we get upset. The wrong words cannot be unsaid, and can feed bad emotions far into the future. It would be wise to be more careful, and kind.

Selfishness and greed wont be tolerated
Lying wont be tolerated
Scamming will get you evicted
Discs,fragments,tablets,remnants,crests,DL drops selling will get you evicted
Foul language and bad mouthing on shout will also get you evicted... unless someone keeps insulting the clan or yourself
Hosting dice by any clan member is forbidden and will lead to immediate eviction if done
