probably just some glitch, etc. where the scripter forgot to add him in, but accidently left him in the text. There might have been too many bugs in beta, i dunno, but one thing for sure is if you cant find him now you wont until admin either puts him in or removes from the game completely 
Quest for dilute potions is nearby Village too, but i dunno, where quest for minor potions, can u tell it me?You can but potions with platinum and buy fettlecaps to turn in to dilute/minor health potions etc. if you are really desperate

)I remember there being a potion seller if I'm right. Not sure but I think he was removed. Think the text just still needs an adjustment.Sorry, if it's offtop. Sergeant Ross(in Lir's reach opposite Farcrag Castle) say, what in Eastern docks is Brynmor the Herblalist, who sale potions. I can't find him. Do any1 know where he is? In game i named Ringil.
