When does it cross the line?

#1
I've been playing MMOs for many of years, but Celtic Heroes is definitely creating some "unique" behaviors that I have not previously encountered.
We seem to be in the middle of a one sided clan war right now and I'm not sure how to deal with it. The war was mostly just constant verbal (or written) harassment which I ignored until reaching a boiling point and then blowing up and firing the silliness right back at them. Luckily cooler heads prevailed and I was able to reach what I thought was an agreement with the clan leader that we would cease to speak on both sides and try to settle everyone back down.
Now that it's been a couple of weeks, they seem to have forgotten all about the cease fire and have jumped right back in, which, whatever...there's a block button. I use it, I've instructed my guys to use it...we can get over it I guess. So now that these guys are not receiving the negative attention from our side, they reduce themselves to dragging mobs onto my guys while they are trying to kill bosses, which in turn makes my guys unblock them and start firing off at the finger tips again.
So when is enough enough? What can I do to end this constant torment and obvious harassment? Is mob dragging supposed to be part of the game? I was under the impression that this was a bannable offense, so should I instruct my guys to put in support tickets every time this happens? Has it crossed the line from mean spirited to illegal?
If I don't do something, these guys are going to start going out seeking revenge and everything will only escalate further. I would just like this to end so that our clan can semi-peacefully play their game.

In my opinon its a great opinion you have,
And this topic interests me personally because iam at the point of where i decide where to go or where to try to go
But if you finaly regot some peace, and it comes to a lock battle again at some boss, and certain members get upset and want to fight back 'revenge in the arena'
Insults come up and hate shouts.
Idont think the clans on any server can play in peace, ive been on 4 servers in 3 topclans
And everytime there were issues, insulting problems lock battles and hate.
But if you are trying get a ' less hatefull atmosphere' you need to get other people and not only some to stand behind it

Discussions with chiefs are a good way, to know other players and be able have a working conversation id always a good sign
But still ilike this topic
If you got a solution iwould be glad to hear it

Lock battles are understandable, that's going to happen with competing clans. Yeah, the trash talk is annoying, but OTM gives us a way to deal with it. The block button. The arena, well, it's open PVP so I can't really say what should or shouldn't happen in an open battle area. You kill eachother, you talk trash, you call your friends to help. I'm all fine with that and think that those are the things you should be prepared to deal with if you step foot in the arena. The mob dragging is my main concern. There is no recourse, and it's just dirty dirty tactics without any repercussion to the dirty player or salvation for the victims. I'm really hoping to get an OTM take on this with what their stance is. Is it reportable? Is this just something l should have to deal with? I have a lot of plat buying members that are getting fed up, so at some point this will affect their bottom line.

Mob dragging is not against the ToS
Glitch resetting is
pigman, with the fury of the pigs and the mind of a man
level 210+ rogue
Morrigan
Avalon

Awesome. I guess we'll just let the dirtiness and nasty tactics ruin the game for everyone involved.

I don't think you have to stress about it too much. Trash talk? Block em. Using game glitches to reset bosses? Report the glitch. Pulling mobs? Too bad! It's the way it goes. You have competition and they are going to try their hardest to keep those dl quest items and loot in their own clan. Competition should be... Competitive. Ya it sucks when it happens but you have the choice to retaliate or not and how you do so.

Thats my opinion and really I dont know if you are referring to Avalon or another clan.

No, it's not ava, but it's one of the top 3. I'm not out to name or shame anyone even though it would be warranted at this point. I've talked with the chieftain which has shown no gains. That's why I came here for clarity. If they aren't violating the ToS then I guess options are limited. I would really rather not resort to dirty play as I have begging my clan to not give in to this behavior. But at some point, enough is enough.

Sorry blue but I do not agree. Outlocking is fair game, but pulling mobs, whether a violation or not is downright dirty.
