#6You wouldn't unless private mail. It's just a rule to not name and shame since there have been tons of fake postings. And it's easy to destroy ones reputation and start fights.
The only way to report someone is using the in-game support tool. If you do have a screen shot write this in the ticket and Otm might ask you to mail this after they processed your ticket.
