Do device bans even exist?

So as many Morri players know, Tapegirl has started a 'revolt' against me.
This includes just constantly spamming 'F**k Crimsix' in shout and sending me friend/trade/group requests.
She has been reported many times and many accounts of hers have in fact been disabled/banned. But looking on leaderboards she has over 30 toons in her ToHellWithCrimsix clan!
Question is, will she ever get a full device ban? Or will I always have someone shouting 'F**k crimsix' everywhere I go?

I'm not from Morrigan but I'm pretty sure the only thing they can do is just ban the accounts unless OTM has coded in a device ban feature which i don't think they have and try don't IP ban people because some oft use IP address fakers (pretty much changing they way your IP is viewed but still playing on your IP)
Sorry but you could just block them every time that message comes up and she/he won't know

I think Celtic gives IP address bans
I'm pretty sure they said try don't give out IP bans because people could change theirs to somebody's who plays the game as well

you can always indetify the real UDID or IP

This person was spammin me reqs too. And her clan has 182 members last i heard. And device ban DO NOT work. Otm answered my support ticket saying thy ban their device. When i asked this person i was laughed at an called an idiot. Seems you need only to reset your device and youre back in

she is still spamming me all time im in the arena , i enjoy the beta becuz she isnt there
i tryd talk it out but she feels personally hurt for dieng in a pvp zone and that her death was caused by higher lvl players
