So RaptureEve let me get this straight, you are threatening to KS my clan Requiem because I refuse to follow YOUR rules of FFA and instead I rather follow the games TARGET LOCK system, and my own clan rules of ONLY TAKING WHAT WE NEED?
Who and when have we officially threated to KS your clan? We have discussed an infinitive KS free apple on you for the grossly sexist and offensive abuse you have inflicted on members of our clan in numerous documented whispers sent to OTM(you should read up on the Harassment and Abusive Language Policy) but decided on a clanwide block-you-out-of-existance. As previously stated by others Rhiannon players these aren't Eve rules, its an FFA accord between the current top 3 clans to extend the first aggro rule on bosses to solve tensions when 2 clans camping the same boss. FFA accord is not a rule, it's an voluntarly agreement that according to your clans definition of KS would protect your clan from loosing bosses to Eve or other clans. We in Eve subjected ourselves to a FFA accord that was not to our benifit but instilled better inter-clan relations and more competitive boss strategies.
First let me point something out, the rules you made apply to people who wish to go by them. That being said it does not allow you to break these rules when against someone who isn't following them since these are your rules in the first place.
We have not made any rules, we make mutual agreements of conduct with the other top clans and sorry, your not counted among them. Though we extend these agreements to all other clans that wish to abide by them. That said if you choose to not follow these agreements we will neither be bound by them in return. If u do not wish to follow the FFA accord or the common definition of KS - Fine. We will neither and we will attack bosses you have engaged that we need up until target lock.
I would advise you to sit down, boil a cup of tea (or have a beer depending on age) and think what the KS and FFA agreeements really mean. KS is not a rule, it's a MMO definition/term from numerous games. KS definition varies but the most common is that the player who first engages(claims aggro of) an enemy has claimed that enemy and any 2nd player who walks up and gets kill/xp/rewards has done a KS(bad player!).
FFA extends on 6 star bosses the time limit when you can engage a boss from first aggro to 15 secs into the fight. (Historicly since some tanks would alone engage and lock a boss and prevent other clans to get start fight, just find some of the many non-Eve players still playing who where there if u want an independant retelling of it)
Your clan want to redefine both FFA and KS to use target lock, effectivly extending the engage time window to 10%-50% of health from 0/15 secs. If u wish to do so it's your choice but it will be a disadvantage to your clan. The agreements you so easily dismiss are not to protect Eve (and other top clans), They are to protect smaller clans, i.o.w. you, from us to not take any boss we want.
Rules are the one that OTM makes, they only provides us with game worlds. We create our own unique worlds with societies, morals, agreements, policies and defintions.
Second, you are RaptureEve the roll model of many clans in this game, so why would you even hint at threatening another clan who has done nothing against you?
I didn't even know it existed, when did we threatened your clan? We only for rightly reason dislike you (the fact that players who really dislike Eve in general argue against you should point out the obvious)
Third, the TARGET LOCK system was made to prevent a KS and allow for a chance to the group got their first to get the kill. If you want to play to make your own system I would advise applying for OTM's staff so you may do so.
See reply to your point 2. Target lock is mechanism to limit blatant KS while allowing each world to define it's own KS limits and engagement time windows. If you don't want us to attack bosses your fighting I guess we say thank you for your gracious gift and take them.
Fourth, your clan power, time played, lvl, or wealth do not give you any more say than me (I have come to a realisation of this and I am sorry for past comments claiming otherwise) when it comes to this game. We all play this game, thus making us equals.
Well at least well put here, we create in communion in our tiny island of a world, Rhiannon, our own world where we decide on our own moral guidelines and shape of our society and brotherhoods.
Fifth, if you continue to threaten my clan you may not like what will happen as a consequence. I would suggest you back off and learn your place in the world of Rhiannon, as the high lvl clan and nothing more. As I shall do the same.

Finally, I am sorry for the way I have conducted myself both in the far past and recently. It has not been acceptable and I have been guilty of going against what I have said in this message. The first step to change is first recongizing that the change needs to happen which is the point of this post.
Well that is at least an first step, though I'm waiting to see if u will actually take the first step and reach out a hand and apoligize to ppl whom you greatly offended in the past or if it's just empty worlds and a clenched fist.
