This is gonna be about two topics, i have 100k and a book of rebirth. So firstly:
I have 100k and what should i buy? Im saving/buying heroic gloves of haste! Or should i buy something else, like quartz leggings and chest, or shivercowl charm, or a quiver or ammy. Please tell me!
Secondly: I have a book of rebirth, and i need a good ranger build. Im lvl 66 remember, so what should my stats be??

Ok well i made a build:
100 (106) strength
100 (106) dex
55 (66) focus
100 (106) vit
IS THIS A GOOD BUILD?

Not by MY standards but its closer to a reg rangers stats

Nah I don't think it's a goo build ypu can live off it but at your level take some points off vit and pit into dex

Save gold for a Golden (150k) or heroic (200k) amulet of rejuvenation. That ammy is a neccesity on all classes.
Once you have a rejuv ammy, you can restat and will only need 10 focus and much less vit. Good stats when you have a Rejuv ammy would be something like -
145 Str
150 Dexterity
10 Focus
60 Vitality
