KeliusStrong an alt or another scammer?

ive been approached by a lvl 1 warrior named KeliusStrong. He says he is kelius's alt altho im kind of weary since kelius already has a high lvl warrior. He says he has been scammed of full vanquisher armor. i'd like some clarification if this is really him or a scammer.

I have told kel about it he has reported it to otm it is not him

This is true it is not me I have reported him and this charecter name has been deleted by otm
