Tomorrow, February 14th 2013, starting tonight at day change of game, EternalSin is formally declaring war against a member (not named) of the RaptureEve clan. Because of the new rules of this forum it prevents us from naming this player. But if you have been paying any attention at all, unlike the current leadership of RaptureEve, you know who this unnamed player is.

This declaration is limited to the Arena at this time. All EternalSin members are instructed to kill this player and his alts at will. This declaration is not against the RaptureEve clan, but to serve as notice that EternalSin can no longer continue with current agreements within the Rhiannon world community.

The continued abuse and killings orchestrated by this member of RaptureEve (not to be named but everyone knows) can no longer be ignored by the EternalSin clan. This player has continually killed players trying to complete the daily quest in the arena. Without provocation this player has killed clan members for no reason. Several members of our clan have not been able to complete quest losing XP opportunity.

NOTICE TO THE RaptureEve CLAN
If any member of RaptureEve chooses to help this member of RaptureEve in any fashion within, and limited to the Arena, then they will be branded an enemy of the EternalSin clan and added to this Declaration of War. The procedure EnternalSin clan members will follow is to give a warning to the helping member. If the member chooses to ignore this warning their name will be added. Once their name is added to our list it will not be removed. This is to serve in understanding what character certain RaptureEve members have and identify those that condone behavior that is consider wrong and offensive by the EternalSin clan and the Rhiannon community.

Since the beginning of the arena quest opposing clan members have agreed to allow quest seekers the ability to complete the gladiator quest without confrontation. This player has violated this agreement killing dozens of players, at will, without provocation. If several members of the RaptureEve clan participate in helping this offensive player within the arena it may become necessary to broaden our Declaration of War to the entire RaptureEve Clan.

Basically we are tired of the lack of concern and response from the RaptureEve membership and reached an agreement within the EternalSin clan that we cannot overlook the injustice and behavior that has taken away the fun of the game and replaced it with anger.

EnternalSin will withdraw this Declaration of War with an apology from this player and an agreement that he will allow all members of EternalSin to complete the Gladiator Quest without confrontation.

Alternatively, EnteralSin will also withdraw this Declaration of War towards any and all members of RaptureEve once this player is no long associated with the RaptureEve clan.

Just add my name now because i will back my clan member and you sir do not maje decisions for rhiannon and neither does eternal sin. You war one you war us all. To bad for some of the good sin players. I even have helped a few do gladi to speed it up. I cant believe you all wont leave this unmentioned player alone. Soooo sad.

All this started because this "unnamed" player (who you all know) started harassing several of our members first proof was given but the RaptureEve leadership did nothing to help the situation.

This could have been avoided I belive if the RaptureEve leadership stepped up there game and came to some sort of agreement with the EternalSin leadership and this "Unnamed player" (my opinion)

He was dealt with. Killin ppl in arena while they wait for gladi is not a crime. Noone stopped you all from getting gladi till today. That was in response to es killin eves while they were attempting gladi. The person in question stayed away from wyverns and only confronted sin in arena. Noone was kept from completing quest. I guess this will continue till you all drop the vendetta against the not mentioned player. If you all prevent eve from gladi quest we will prevent es from quest. Plain and simple. Dont start nothin wont be nothin. What amazes me is the person in question stayed away except the arena which otm designed as a combat free for all. You all show screenshots trying to show otherwise and we have screenshots of your clannies provoking the person in question. Like i said. Dont start nothin wont be nothin.

So, your beef is with Eve Management as much as it is with "he who must not be named"
As you stated so many times it is because eve management have turned their heads that you decided to start attacking Eve in general. Calling us a power hungry clan, letting deadliest members in our clan, etc. (we actually welcomed back most of those members who were previously Eve, including a few very good exceptions)

You Say you only have a problem with one of our members, then started bad mouthing our whole clan here on the forums.
I've read all the posts, and really believe this has gotten outta hand for sure. I've seen our certain member killed repeatedly at gladi while I was on an alt, I've seen him also be taunted into the unwanted behavior you say he always does.
If you all stop messing with him, he will stop messing with you.
As far as the declaration goes, I don't see it any different than in the past; you gonna attack him in arena as you always have...only this time he will have our clans full support. So go ahead and add my name to the list as well.

Slim you need to understand that their would not be so much hate for said individual if he had actually not done anything wrong. We wanted to be left in peace. I can honestly say that the only person to ever even attempt to kill me on, or waiting for the Gladiator is said individual. Even after he did it today I could not bring myself to kill a different member of said clan, even thou I do not know them, out of respect.

So think of it from a different perspective, Slim.

An Eve is stood waiting for Ragnor and a member of Sin comes up and kills them repeatedly, idoling to do so, then kses ragnor when it spawns. The same Sin member continues to do this to all of Eve's members, regardless of who they are or what class they are. Meanwhile, no one from Eve is griefing anyone from Sin, so it is just Eve taking all the grief and giving none.

Would you expect us to get that guy in shape for the better of our world? .. Yes, you would, and we would have listened and made them put a stop to it. Now this is not the case, it's like you condone this behaviour. I personally think the Arena is there for that reason and that's why Ragnor is in there. However, in a world like ours which is supposed to be respectful across the board, it's gotta work both ways..

Either you expect to get ksed every time, or you sort said individual out and stop them griefing.. Simple as that. At the moment.. Smokes already has an 'unconfirmed' arena war with all of our clannies.. He already kills em all in arena so what's new? ... We're just returning the favour.

It's funny how you make it sound like he is the victim here. It really amazes me how one player can have so much influence over such a prestigious clan.
This guy really is a ninja and deserves a freaking trophy for being so sly that he can get away with anything!

So tell me Slim, What do i do?
I didn't have a problem with anyone on this server, even after reading what my clan had to say about him on these forums, i chose to give him a chance to prove them wrong to me. Unfortunately, that all went down the drain a few days ago when he decided to attack me while i was waiting for me glad for no apparent reason. Then again yesterday i get attacked once again while waiting for glad. From what I've seen this player has gone out of his way several times to attack only members from our clan. Now, don't know what he was hoping to gain out of this but sh*ts about to pop off!
