I don't know how many ranks you have in a clan
But I was thinking of this
Level 1-14= clansmen
Levels 15-29= veteran
Levels 30-44= guardian
Levels 45-59= legionnaire or vanguard
Above 60= elite clansmen

Also you haves as lead recruiter, why not also have a lead trainer help lower level guys learn and a ambassador to represent us to other clans when we have to report someone else to their clan
Leaders or to make alliance.

You are the chief or president of the clan
Have a
Vice-president or war general as 2nd only to you, just some ideas for you Imfinity

All Very good ideas with structure then comes a foundation in which to build upon

You what it does, it provides a better chance for our members to stay because thy have something to work towards, they will stay because it will be fun and a goal to clim up the ranks, they have some thing to shot for

Yes very good ideas, I would like to have guardians specialize in the following positions

I would like to work on a star rating basis
The ranks go to 6 stars, each and every star added is an extra stripe added to your rank in the clan and as a guardian.
I will figure out the ranks and there added duties as they progress.
