Greater midsummer armour price drop or raised?

Hey all i was just wondering what the value of greater midsummer armour is these days. I've been told that the prices are rising and lowering, and i think for the full armour set it would be around 30 - 40k but i really dunno.
Please reply if im wrong and you know the exact price.
