Kslay (chief of EternalSin) was inactive for so long, Es needed a leader as a chief as no one could even become generals. So thus InnerCircle was born

InnerCircle has requirements of level 100 and full meteoric I believe, Outliers has a requirement of 85, RaptureEve is 100 I think, don't think there are any on the others... Both InnerCircle and Outliers have training clans, ArgoSin and PreOuts...

Alycia has 30 - basically "finish the Lir's quests and level a bit". And "don't be an a**hole". Negotiable depending who you are and general demeanour. Alycians you see running about less than 30 are either members pre-level limit, alts of members, or negotiated lower.
We've dropped ranks since this list was posted - some of our high lvls heading for Eve.
